Welcome to the Centre for Behaviour and Well Advocacy Research Associate Programme, an international hub for cutting-edge research and advocacy, where our team of distinguished Research Associates drives innovation and knowledge in various fields of health sciences, psychology, and public health. Each associate brings unique expertise and passion, contributing to the Centre's global impact.

  • Solomon Tagbor specialises in nursing and health science, with a focus on advancing healthcare delivery through rigorous research and the application of evidence-based practices. His work aims to improve patient care and healthcare systems globally.
  • Prince Mordi is an expert in optometry, visual psychology, and public health. He explores the intersection of vision care and psychological well-being, contributing to the development of holistic approaches to eye health and public health interventions.
  • Esther Doe-Yo Tawiah brings extensive expertise in clinical health psychology, family and child psychology, and public health. Her research is centred on improving mental health outcomes and family dynamics, particularly in diverse and underserved populations.
  • Mabel Dzifa Yawo Awuye is dedicated to midwifery and maternal and child health. Her research focuses on promoting safe motherhood, enhancing maternal health services, and ensuring healthy child development across different cultural contexts.
  • Benedicta Tokornoo shares a strong commitment to midwifery and maternal and child health. Her work emphasises improving prenatal care, childbirth practices, and maternal health education to support better outcomes for mothers and children.
  • Edem Akakpo combines his expertise in public health and nursing to address critical health challenges. His research is geared towards developing effective health interventions and policies that improve community health outcomes on a global scale.
  • Michael Okyere Owusu specialises in educational psychology and public health. His research is aimed at enhancing educational systems through psychological insights and fostering public health initiatives that support lifelong learning and well-being.
  • Esi Kyirba Aggrey is an expert in optometry and public health. Her research focuses on advocating for improved eye care services and integrating eye health into broader public health strategies to enhance quality of life.

  • Aba Yaafoah Aggrey focuses on psychology, with a particular interest in understanding human behaviour and promoting mental health. Her research is dedicated to developing strategies that enhance psychological resilience and well-being across different cultures.
